Squadron Trip to Vala's!

Every year, James' squadron hosts a trip to Vala's with a reduced admission price. This was the 3rd year we've gone. This year was the best year so far because the weather was warm and DRY! The last two years it's been rainy, muddy, cold and let's not forget the crowds! This year, it wasn't crowded the night we went. The kids had a fabulous time and so did James and I.

The first thing we always do is go down to the fire where everyone sets up. We enjoy smores and hotdogs. Rachael was old enough to roast her own marshmallows this year with very minimal help. I probably should add that she doesn't really like them toasted, just "sort of warm". Haha!
